If you and your child miss a class, you can attend a make-up class at any of our locations—in either art or music—during the remainder of the session. Call 873-1966 (our office) to confirm a day and time.  Please allow at least 24 hours notice so we can notify the instructor

Siblings are welcome provided they are kept safe in a car seat, stroller or carry pack. Materials and equipment, however, are exclusively for use of those enrolled in the class. For your convenience, two children of different ages may be enrolled in the same class.

Our qualified instructors are experienced and accustomed to handling behavioural issues. Due to class size, however, it is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to ensure appropriate conduct. In fairness to others, persistent and severe disruptions may result in a child being asked to leave the program with no refund available.

All participants are required to wear shoes at all times. Non-skid soles are preferable. Hands-On Art children are asked to bring an apron, old shirt or smock... an Art Smock is available from the instructor for $7.48 + GST.

Am I allowed to bring a snack to class for my child?

Due to cleaning issues, we ask that you only bring water in some sort of drip-less cup to class, and save eating until after class is finished

Creative Kids does not offer refunds. Credit will be given towards the next session only to those children unable to complete classes for medical reasons and who possess valid medical certificates. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted at time of credit.

Creative Kids has a no-refund policy. Extraneous circumstances may be submitted to the director in writing and each will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

Families receive a $50 discount after taking four full sessions with us (either art or music… or both).
