*Receipts will be issued via e-mail. You will receive a call from your instructor about 2 days prior to the commencement of classes to confirm your class, location and time. Creative Kids has a no-refund policy. Extraneous circumstances may be submitted to the office in writing, and each will be considered on a case by case basis. Classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met – a full refund will be provided in this case.

| Credit/Refund Policy for Summer Camps |

| |

Week Long Camps
- Refunds will be issued for severe medical reasons occurring prior to the start of the program, only with supporting medical documentation
- Credits may be issued for medical conditions which occur after program start. Credits are pro-rated from the time of notification. A $15 administration fee will be charged.
- Full refunds will be issued if the camp is cancelled.
If a camper is unable to attend for any other reason, you have the option of filling your spot with another child (this is your responsibility). * Please remember to complete a new application form for the new child. |
